COVID-19 Information

Together we are facing a truly challenging and unprecedented situation. The global Coronavirus is affecting our families, our communities, our businesses and our way of life. It is vital that we continue to navigate this together and do everything possible to keep each other safe, so I wanted to update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Thomas Tankers.

To ensure that we keep our teams safe and to try and provide our customers with consistent levels of service we have put several measures in place.

As of Monday 23 March 2020, our offices will be manned from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday to answer any calls and deal with any customer enquiries. The answer phone will be available to take messages outside of these hours and our aim to get back to you within 24 hours for non-urgent enquiries.

Our operational staff will continue to work their usual hours of 7am to 4pm to ensure that the services we provide are impacted as little as possible and we maintain business continuity.

With immediate effect we will no longer be accepting cash or cheque as means of payment, in order to reduce the risk of cross contamination. All accounts must therefore be paid using one of the following methods.
